Making every detail count

Nick Hoogeven is a details person. By honing in on the detail he can see the greater picture. The screeds of spreadsheets around his office track the daily milk, money and grass swings. This level of scutiny is needed to maintain a tight grip on the Kintore dairy farm of 1400 cows - soon to rise by another 200 - and a land base of 416 hectares undergoing a development transition.
