Farm Manager of the Year - Big Property, Big Ideals

In two years Nick and Melz Hoogeveen want to be managing a farm with an equity share, and in 10 years they want to own their own farm. The winners of the Canterbury-North Otago Farm Manager of the Year award already have an equity shareholding in a family-owned 420-cow farm in Southland.
